FM1100 Family
Fully Integrated Worldwide Legacy Demodulator and Digital IF Processor
The FM1100 solutions are single-chip devices that combine universal legacy demodulation and multi-standard digital IF processing for television receiver applications. Leveraging the company’s agileSP™ innovations, the chip improves picture quality, enhances performance, reduces component count, and lowers power and cost. The FM1100 solutions accept a wideband IF (intermediate frequency) signal from a silicon tuner or MOPLL, and converts standard or non-standard NTSC/PAL/SECAM to high fidelity CVBS and SIF. The devices also provide the industry’s best adjacent channel rejection for digital IF signals (ATSC, J.83B QAM, DVB-C/T or DMBT/H). Encapsulated in a 40-pin QFN package, the FM1150 is the first member of the product family.
